Obituary for Leon V Narucki

Leon V. Naruki, 73, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, with his loving family by his side. Leon was born in Newark, NJ, resided in Harrison and lived most of his life in Kearny, NJ.

Leon was a machinist for Exxon Co. in the Bayway for many years. He served in the US Navy in Vietnam and was honorably discharged. Leon was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4048 of Kissimmee, FL.

Beloved husband of 50 years of Marion (nee Nunes) Narucki; devoted and loving father of Leon W. Narucki and of Sherry Narucki-Wasilewski and her wife Denise; dear brother of Stephen Narucki and Christine Macchia and her husband Pete; cherished grandfather of Jacqueline and Leon S. Narucki and Aiden Wasilewski.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend the Funeral on Saturday, September 2nd, at 8:30 am at the Shaw- Buyus Home for Services 138 Davis Ave., at Bergen Ave. Kearny, NJ 07032. Thence to St. Stephen’s Church, Kearny, where at 9:30am the Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Visitation Friday, September 1st from 4 – 8 pm.
